It is time to unravel the UNDISCUSSED TRUTH. The mind does not respect the heart because it is too emotional and soft. And the heart is afraid of the mind. Often times when there is conflict it is because one person is more emotional and connected to how they feel while the other one is more focused on the facts and the result. So in your home or business relationships although we try to have a balance of the two, we are innately more prone to sway to one of them. If both sides are respected, the mixture of the two perspectives can produce a wonderful balanced relationship.
