You will provide timely access to data, tools, and personnel necessary to perform the Services.
5. Intellectual Property.
We retain rights to our pre‑existing materials and methods. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use deliverables internally.
6. Confidentiality.
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information and use it only to perform or receive the Services.
7. Disclaimers.
Consulting outcomes depend on execution and market factors; we do not guarantee specific financial results.
8. Limitation of Liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the Services giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the event.
